Overview

Tim defends employers in employment litigation and provides strategic counsel on employee relations matters.

He represents clients in state and federal courts in cases involving employment discrimination under the ADEA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA (both individual and collective actions), FMLA, and other state and federal laws. Tim is skilled in navigating complex legal challenges, including claims related to discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations, and works closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

In addition to litigation, Tim regularly advises employers on employee relations, helping them develop proactive strategies to manage and resolve workplace issues. He also leads training sessions on a variety of topics, including harassment prevention, diversity, FMLA/ADA compliance, workplace investigations, and proper employee documentation.
