Overview

Will is an immigration and labor and employment lawyer with substantial experience, both in-house as an Assistant Human Resources Counsel for a major corporation and in private practice. Will welcomes close client relationships with businesses and individuals and provides effective immigration law advice and services to them because  he has represented businesses in hundreds of immigration matters in a wide variety of industries and individuals in many complex family immigration matters as well.   His business immigration representation includes obtaining permanent resident status for foreign nationals; obtaining temporary visas for a wide variety of personnel including executives and managers, professional employees and seasonal workers; employment of foreign workers under NAFTA; defense of employee claims; and compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act and related anti-discrimination provisions.  Will also has handled a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation and numerous labor arbitrations.  Will’s labor and employment expertise is important to the successful handling of complex immigration law issues which often overlap with employment and fair employment practices laws. Will has been named one of Massachusetts Super Lawyers® for several years and has the top AV Peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.
