Jadie Mims has joined Constangy’s Jacksonville office. Before joining Constangy, Mims began his legal career at Wicker Smith, a regional insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable litigation experience in representing a variety of well-known clients in complex cases at both the state and federal levels. Mims received his J.D. from the University of Alabama.
Sabrina Punia-Ly has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office. She comes to Constangy from Arent Fox, where she focused much of her practice on the unique needs of employers in the healthcare arena. Ly received her J.D. at the University of California, Los Angeles, and also has a masters’ degree in public policy from the University of Minnesota.
Andrea Donahue has joined Constangy’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Constangy, Donahue worked as the Michael P. Murphy Public Law Fellow and then as Deputy County Counsel for the County of San Mateo, where she represented and counseled various County agencies. She received her J.D. from Stanford University.
Gobriella Davis has joined the firm’s Tampa office. Davis previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She previously worked for two AmLaw 100 firms in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. She received her J.D. from the College of William & Mary.
