Missed the EEO-1 Component 2 deadline?

Don't despair!

The EEOC announced that it will continue to accept EEO-1 Component 2 reports "so long as the Court’s order is in effect stating that the collection will not be complete until it reaches what the Court has determined to be the target response rate."  

Robin Shea has the full story at Employment & Labor Insider. Despite the reprieve, covered employers should file their EEO-1 Component 2 reports as soon as possible because it is unknown at this time when the EEOC will close the filing portal.
