Welcomes 11 Attorneys Across Multiple Offices
Continuing a pattern of aggressive growth, the national labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith and Prophete, LLP is pleased to welcome 11 new attorneys to offices in Atlanta, Century City, Jacksonville, Kansas City, New York, San Francisco and Tampa.
Two partners are joining the firm’s new San Francisco office, which was opened earlier this month under the leadership of partner Julius Turman. Turman will be joined by new partners Barbara Antonucci and Sarah Hamilton. Both focus on employment litigation defense and prevention. Antonucci, who comes to Constangy from Littler Mendelson, received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. Hamilton, who was previously with Hirschfeld Kraemer, attended the University of Michigan Law School.
In Atlanta, Morgan Cressman has joined the firm as an of counsel attorney. Cressman, who specializes in workers’ compensation defense, received her law degree from Georgia State University and comes to Constangy from Nelson Mullins after spending several years in solo practice.
The Century City (Los Angeles) office welcomes three new attorneys specializing in various aspects of individual and class-action employment litigation. Regina Musolino has joined the firm’s Century City office as senior counsel, coming from McGuire Woods. Musolino received her J.D. from the University of Southern California. Amy Asher has joined the Century City office as an associate after spending several years as part of a family-owned practice. She received her law degree from Pepperdine University. Aaron Rutschman, also an associate, joins Constangy from Reed Smith and completed law school at UCLA.
In Jacksonville, Ariel Cook has joined the firm as an associate, specializing in employment litigation, wage and hour law and labor relations. Cook received her J.D. from Boston University, and previously spent nine years with Jacksonville Legal Aid.
Constangy’s Kansas City office welcomes senior counsel Heather Miller. Miller focuses her practice on affirmative action and OFCCP compliance, having spent several years as director of equal employment opportunity for a major US transportation company. She received her law degree from the University of Denver.
The New York office welcomes two new attorneys. Boyd Rogers has joined the firm as senior counsel, after spending seven years as in-house counsel and president of employee relations at a major U.S. manufacturing company. Rogers received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Stephen Stecker also joins the New York office as an associate. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and comes to Constangy from the Dallas office of Thompson & Knight.
Our Tampa office welcomes Phillip Harris, who joins the firm as senior counsel. Phillip was previously with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin. Harris received his J.D. from Stetson University and also studied international humanitarian law at the University of Oxford.
