Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP has expanded its presence with the addition of a Dallas office, its second office in Texas.
Michael Maslanka, previously partner in the Dallas office of Ford & Harrison, will serve as office head. Mike is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and his Work Matters blog was recently recognized as the top labor and employment blog by readers of the ABA Journal. Edel Cuadra focuses his practice on employment law counseling and litigation. Edel brings a diverse array of clients to the Firm spanning a variety of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, retail, health care, automotive, and aviation. William Hammel's background in litigation is complemented by his experience in arbitrations and administrative hearings. Both Cuadra and Hammel came from the Dallas office of Godwin Ronquillo, and will be joining Maslanka as partners.
