2024 OSHA Recordkeeping Training & Workers' Compensation Seminar 

Our annual OSHA Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Training and Workers' Compensation Seminar will be hosted on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the State Bar of Georgia in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia.

This seminar will teach you the OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping analysis, review the latest interpretations, and address the issues that many recordkeepers get wrong. This seminar will assist you in ensuring that your OSHA 300 Logs and OSHA 300-A annual summary forms are accurate. Beginning in 2024, certain employers with 100 or more employees at an establishment are required to file both forms electronically with OSHA. This information will be accessible on OSHA’s website to any member of the public or any organization. This should be incentive enough to make sure your OSHA 300 Logs and 300-A annual summary are accurate.

In addition, we'll provide you with a workers’ compensation primer regarding recent national trends, claims-saving best practices, and effective defense strategies often overlooked or improperly asserted. 

The training is geared toward business owners, human resource professionals, company recordkeepers, safety and health managers, as well as health care providers.
