20th Annual Women's Network Business Circle Event
We are pleased to extend this exclusive invitation to Constangy's 20th Annual Women's Network Business Circle Event, scheduled for Thursday, March 5 and Friday March 6, 2026, at L'Auberge Del Mar in Del Mar, California. This is an invitation-only continuing education and spa event. We hope you will join us!

The Women’s Network
Constangy’s Women's Network is actively involved in providing internal and external networking opportunities for our women attorneys, clients, and potential clients. Our annual spa and continuing education (CLE/SHRM/HRCI) event is a way to bring women together in a "Business Circle" to participate in programming, share ideas, and connect with not only Constangy women but in-house counsel and HR executives in other companies. We have many clients (and non-clients) who attend our event year after year, and those women can tell you it is a relaxed, informative, and entertaining two days. We aim to keep the group size to approximately 50 women, and most of these women are, like you, in-house employment and labor attorneys or high-level Human Resources professionals.
Your Acceptance Includes the Following
Constangy pays for most of the expenses related to the event, including up to $350 toward travel (airfare, mileage, parking, rideshare to/from airport) and all planned meals during the event. Additionally, each guest will be able to select one customized spa treatment at L'Auberge Del Mar.
Constangy will also pay for your room accommodation for Thursday, March 5, 2026. For those wishing to arrive early or stay further into the weekend, we have arranged for you to take advantage of our group discount rates for those extra days. There is a limited number of rooms available after the event, so please let us know (by selecting the option on the RSVP form) if you want accommodations earlier or later than Thursday, March 5, 2026 (our room rate is $369.00 plus a reduced resort fee of $35.00). We will make the reservations for these additional nights for you, if available, to secure the discounted rate associated with our event.

Business Circle Programming
As noted above, the official Business Circle program begins at noon on Thursday, March 5th with lunch followed by CLE sessions. We strive to provide our guests with very targeted, relevant CLE programming on various employment-law-related topics. We typically send guests the full CLE agenda once it has been finalized.
We also offer an optional Thursday morning CLE program. This program starts at 8:30 a.m. and offers additional labor and employment law-related topics, as well as breakfast.
You may indicate your desire to attend this optional session by selecting the option on the Electronic RSVP form.

If you are able to commit to attending the 2026 Business Circle Event, please confirm your spot by clicking on RSVP, below, no later than December 12, 2025.
Please note that because invitations to this event are highly sought after, and we have a lengthy waitlist, we request that you (absent extenuating circumstances) commit to attending this event if you RSVP ‘yes.’ If an unavoidable conflict does arise, please immediately let us know so we can extend the invitation to another person.
Please know, however, if for some reason you cannot finalize your plans by December 12, 2025, reach out to us and we will work with you to try to allow some additional time to solidify your schedule or put you on the wait list in case another guest is required to change plans. In that case, just email your Constangy contact, or Kristine Sims at ksims@constangy.com.
Further Logistics and Flight Scheduling
You may fly directly into San Diego, which is just 25-30 minutes from the hotel via car. Once you have RSVP’d, you may book your flight. Guests can submit for the travel reimbursement immediately following the event.
If you do not plan on attending the optional Thursday morning CLE program, we recommend arriving no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 5th. If you plan to attend the optional program, you will typically need to arrive on Wednesday (and indicate your need for an additional hotel night on the RSVP form; this night will be individually charged). Please also let us know if you would like to join us for our Wednesday evening event.
The event officially ends midday on Friday, March 6th. Thus, if you are arranging flights back out, something after 3:00 p.m. is probably safest, although we can usually accommodate early spa appointments for our guests who need to leave earlier.
After we have finalized our guest list and received all RSVPs, we will send a follow-up email with more specific logistics for the event.
