Anjie Cabrera Speaks at Hispanic National Bar Association Corporate Counsel Conference

Speaking Engagement

Constangy partner Anjie Cabrera will present at the 2024 Hispanic National Bar Association Corporate Counsel Conference in Seattle, Washington. The event is scheduled from March 20th to March 22nd at the Sheraton Grand Seattle.

Anjie will join a panel - "Make It Rain: Who Controls the Weather?" - at 9:30 a.m. PT on March 21st to discuss business development and the importance of the relationship between corporate counsel and attorneys at law firms.

She will also moderate a panel - "From Hire to Fire and Everything in Between: An Update on the Maze of Workplace Rights and Rules" - at 11 a.m. PT on March 22nd. This session, billed as a "Jeopardy-style showdown" between a management-side attorney, a plaintiff's-side attorney, and an in-house attorney on trending labor and employment topics, will be offered for CLE credit.

Anjie is the managing partner of the firm’s New York office and skilled trial lawyer with vast experience representing clients against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and denial of employee benefits before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Ohio. Anjie has also represented clients in prosecuting claims of trade secret violations. Anjie is an active member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section.
