Webinar

The workplace landscape is shifting fast in 2025, and keeping up with new laws and enforcement trends has never been more important. To help employers navigate these changes, Constangy is hosting a webinar on Feb. 6 at 1 pm ET/10 am PT. The session, led by partners Geri Lynn Arrindell and Dean Kpere-Daibo, will focus on key legal developments and enforcement trends impacting employers nationwide and how they can prepare for the evolving labor and employment law landscape under the new administration.

What’s on the Agenda?

This 60-minute webinar will tackle the latest developments as the Department of Labor (DOL), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) shift their priorities under the new administration.

Here’s a quick rundown of the topics:

  • NLRB Updates: Potential changes in the NLRB and trends in protected concerted activity, changes to non-compete agreements, and developments in NLRB damages.
  • DOL Focus Areas: Employee classification, minimum wage, overtime laws, and the implications of the U.S. Supreme Court’s M.D. Sales, Inc. v. Carrera decision.
  • EEOC Changes: Anticipated challenges to DEI programs, evolving protections for pregnant workers and LGBTQ+ employees, and revised harassment guidelines on sex-based discrimination.
