In a recent interview with the St. John's County Chamber of Commerce, Constangy partner Meg Zabijaka discusses wage and hour issues and the new Trump administration's potential impact on labor and wage law. Meg sat down with Chamber President and CEO Isabelle Renault as part of the Chamber Conversation series. Meg and Isabelle discussed a range of employment and labor topics, including:

Meg is a partner in Constangy's Jacksonville office who partners with clients to navigate workplace challenges in both unionized and non-union settings. She regularly advises on policy development, handbook reviews, training, and employment audits. She is also the vice chair of the St. John's County Chamber of Commerce.
