Missy's session, schedule for 2 p.m. PT on the conference's opening day, is focused on wage and hour compliance. This program is aimed at helping attendees navigate the complexities of wage and hour laws and will include strategies for addressing on-call pay, overtime pay, flexible work schedules, and more.

Missy represents employers of all sizes in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, wage and hour matters, and restrictive covenants. Missy has extensive experience in state law claims and has successfully tried cases to favorable jury verdicts. She also handles administrative proceedings with the NLRB and EEOC, provides advice on day-to-day employment issues, and drafts various employment-related documents. Additionally, Missy is a certified mediator and conducts independent workplace investigations and training sessions.
