This program is aimed at helping attendees navigate the complexities of wage and hour laws and will include strategies for addressing on-call pay, overtime pay, flexible work schedules, and more.

Missy represents employers of all sizes in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, wage and hour matters, and restrictive covenants. Missy has extensive experience in state law claims and has successfully tried cases to favorable jury verdicts.
