Constangy partner Tim Davis will be a panelist for the closing session at the 2024 SHRM Missouri State Conference. This event, the largest SHRM affiliate conference in the Midwest, will be held in Lake of the Ozarks from August 7-9, featuring over 600 attendees and 75+ exhibitors.

Tim's panel, "Stump the Employment Lawyers," is scheduled for Friday, August 9th, from 10:15 AM – 11:30 AM and invites attendees to challenge a group of seasoned employment lawyers with their toughest workplace-related inquiries. This interactive session will cover a wide range of employment law topics, including hiring practices, discrimination, wage disputes, and more, offering practical advice and in-depth legal analysis. Attendees will also be eligible to receive SHRM and HRCI General credits.

Tim Davis is a partner out of Constangy's Kansas City and St. Louis offices with extensive experience in employment law. He specializes in defending employers in cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and whistleblower claims. Tim is skilled in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution, representing clients before state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor. He also provides preventative counseling on employment practices, conducts training sessions, and assists with the development of employee handbooks and policies. Tim frequently speaks and writes on employment law topics and is recognized for his ability to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
