Constangy Appoints Dean Kpere-Daibo as Office Managing Partner in St. Louis
Constangy is pleased to announce the appointment of Dean Kpere-Daibo as office managing partner of the firm's St. Louis office.

In addition to serving as office managing partner, Dean is co-chair of Constangy's Labor Relations Practice Group. He represents management interests in all areas of labor and employment law, advising employers of all sizes on labor negotiations, union campaigns, workforce management strategies, and traditional labor law matters. He regularly represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board, negotiates collective bargaining agreements, arbitrates labor grievances, and counsels organizations through union organizing campaigns and elections.
Dean also defends employers in employment litigation before state and federal courts, including discrimination, retaliation, and disability claims. In addition to his litigation practice, he provides proactive counseling and training on workplace issues such as labor relations strategy, implicit bias, anti-harassment, workplace investigations, employee relations, and compliance to help employers strengthen workplace culture and mitigate legal risk.
Dean has been recognized by numerous legal publications, including The Best Lawyers in America® for Employment Law – Management (2024–2025) and Labor Law – Management and Litigation – Labor and Employment (2025–2026), Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star (2018–2025), National Black Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40 (2016), Who's Who Diversity in Color Bold & Brightest Inductee (2017), and The Power 100 Most Influential Black Professionals in St. Louis by Delux Magazine (2017).
