Michelle Meek is a partner in the firm's San Diego office. She defends employers in complex employment litigation and provides strategic counsel on compliance and workplace policies. With more than 15 years of experience, she represents clients in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters and partners with employers to develop proactive strategies that reduce risk and support a positive workplace culture.

Arcelia Magaña is senior counsel based in San Diego. Arcelia is a litigator and trial attorney who focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She has successfully defended employers in numerous wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions and advises on compliance with evolving state and federal requirements. Drawing on experience in the hospitality industry and her background on the plaintiffs’ side, Arcelia helps clients align legal strategy with business objectives.

Ariel Valerio-Meek represents employers in employment litigation and advises on compliance and employee-relations issues. Her experience includes defending against wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage-and-hour claims and developing preventive strategies to minimize legal risk. Ariel’s background in insurance defense and her federal court clerkship inform her practical, results-driven approach to client service.
