Constangy Welcomes Four New Attorneys to Employment Litigation, Cybersecurity, and Advice & Counsel Practices
Constangy is pleased to announce that Casey Crumbley, Kimberly Seiler, and James Yoo have joined the firm, and Brittany De Hoyos has rejoined the firm, further expanding its national Employment Litigation, Cybersecurity Incident Response, and Advice & Counsel practices.
Meet the New Attorneys
Casey Crumbley – Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation
Casey represents employers, public entities, and organizations in complex employment, labor, and commercial disputes, including matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related civil litigation. He brings extensive experience serving as lead counsel in high-stakes cases, conducting internal investigations, advising on governance and compliance issues, and resolving disputes through litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Casey has held senior roles in both private practice and public service, including serving as Assistant General Counsel with the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and representing counties, municipalities, and sheriffs in local government defense matters. He is also a registered mediator and arbitrator, a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and serves as a Major and State Defense Counsel with the Georgia Air National Guard.
Casey earned his J.D. from Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, and his B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.
Brittany De Hoyos – Associate Attorney, Cybersecurity Incident Response
Brittany rejoins Constangy as a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in Dallas, where she assists clients responding to data security incidents as part of the firm’s rapid response practice. She regularly guides organizations through system intrusions, business email compromises, ransomware, and other extortion-based attacks, helping coordinate forensic investigations, crisis response efforts, and compliance with state, federal, contractual, and industry-specific notification obligations. Before returning to Constangy, Brittany spent several years providing incident response services at another law firm, supporting digital forensics investigations and regulatory notifications.
Brittany earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, her B.S. in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Wichita State University, and master’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Public and International Affairs. She holds the CIPP/US credential and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Texas.
Kimberly Seiler – Associate Attorney, Cybersecurity Incident Response
Kimberly is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team based in Austin, where she advises organizations on incident response, regulatory compliance, and information security risk management. Her practice includes leading clients through high-impact cyber events such as ransomware attacks, network intrusions, business email compromises, and insider-driven data theft, as well as overseeing forensic investigations, remediation efforts, and notification strategies. Kimberly also counsels clients on cybersecurity risk assessments, policy development, compliance obligations, and incident-response preparedness.
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as a Legal Writing Fellow, Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant, and Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law.
James Yoo – Associate Attorney, Advice & Counsel
James is an associate attorney in Constangy’s Advice & Counsel group, where he assists employers with day-to-day workplace guidance, compliance matters, and risk management issues. His background includes experience supporting litigation and regulatory matters and counseling clients in complex legal environments. Prior to joining Constangy, James worked on criminal defense and immigration matters and gained judicial and prosecutorial experience through clerkships in state court and a district attorney’s office.
James earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and his B.A. in International Affairs from Mercer University. A native of South Korea, he is fluent in Korean.
