Four Constangy Partners Named “Stand-Out Lawyers” by Thomson Reuters for 2026
Constangy is proud to announce that Taren Greenidge, Dave Kurtz, Jonathan Martin and Kim Talley have been named to Thomson Reuters’ “Stand-Out Lawyers” list for 2026.
This prestigious recognition is based on more than 20,000 client nominations gathered over the past three years as part of Thomson Reuters’ Sharplegal study. The selection process relies exclusively on feedback from senior in-house counsel, highlighting attorneys who consistently deliver exceptional legal service and client value.
Taren represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, with a focus on litigation, compliance, and workplace investigations. She serves as co-chair of the firm’s Workplace Investigations practice group and regularly defends clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, leave laws, and disability accommodation. Taren also advises employers—from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies—on employment law compliance, policy development, training, and sensitive internal investigations. In addition to her legal practice, she is deeply engaged in community leadership and civic service.
Dave is head of Constangy’s Boston office, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, chair of the Technology & Entrepreneurial Ventures industry group, and co-chair of the Employment Litigation practice group. He represents employers nationwide in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular focus on complex litigation, restrictive covenants, and high-stakes wage and hour matters. Dave also advises employers in transactional settings, including mergers and acquisitions, and is widely recognized for his experience in the health care industry.
Jonathan heads Constangy’s Macon, Georgia office and represents employers in employment discrimination litigation and traditional labor matters. His practice includes defending claims under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, and related state laws, as well as advising on NLRA and FLSA issues. A Colonel in the Georgia Air National Guard and former U.S. Air Force JAG attorney, Jonathan brings a disciplined, practical perspective to his work and regularly conducts management training nationwide.
Kim focuses her practice on management-side labor and employment law, with more than 25 years of experience representing employers in litigation, labor matters, and day-to-day employment counseling. She defends clients in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims, and represents employers in traditional labor matters and arbitrations. Kim is known for her practical guidance and effective advocacy across industries, including retail, grocery, and restaurants.
Constangy congratulates Taren, Dave, Jonathan, and Kim on this well-deserved recognition and their continued commitment to outstanding client service.
