Speaking Engagement

Constangy partner Lindsay Nickle will speak at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit, taking place October 5-7, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit brings together cyber insurance, legal and regulatory, and technology leaders from around the globe for three days of workshops and panel discussions. The conference provides an opportunity for cyber experts to share insights on current topics, trends, and cybersecurity concerns, while connecting professionals in cyber risk and privacy liability.

Lindsay will participate in the panel “New Threats, New Tactics: The Changing Cyber Loss Landscape” on October 6 from 10:50-11:40 a.m. The panel will examine the rapidly changing cyber claims landscape, including AI-enabled fraud, increasingly sophisticated social engineering, ransomware, business email compromise, deepfakes, token theft, and evolving class action strategies. Panelists will also discuss how claims teams are adapting their response, coverage analysis, and defense strategies as insurers and policyholders confront emerging cyber threats.
