Meet the New Attorneys
Jonathan Jackson – Atlanta
Jonathan advises and defends employers in a broad range of workplace disputes, with experience addressing claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour issues, leave and accommodation obligations, and wrongful termination. His practice spans litigation in federal courts and proceedings before administrative agencies, where he has managed matters from initial pleadings through resolution and appeal. Prior to joining Constangy, Jonathan served in senior legal roles within both the public and private sectors, most recently as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Georgia, where he defended federal agencies in employment-related litigation and handled discovery, briefing, mediation, and appellate work before the Eleventh Circuit. His background also includes advising management at a federal agency on workplace investigations, compliance, and employee relations, as well as representing private employers at a multinational labor and employment firm.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia, and is admitted to practice in Georgia.

In addition to litigation, David advises employers across a wide range of industries on compliance with California and federal employment laws, serving as a strategic resource on wage and hour practices, accommodations and leaves, workforce management, reductions in force, and workplace investigations. He has also assisted organizations in developing employment policies and building HR functions, and has acted as trusted outside employment counsel for companies of varying sizes, including national and regional employers.
