Overview

Allison has devoted her practice to the representation of employers, insurers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators across the State of Georgia for the last two decades.  Allison has significant experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation claim management including claim investigation and handling, litigation, appeals, mediations, and subrogation matters. Allison has successfully tried numerous workers’ compensation cases involving various legal issues such as change in condition, catastrophic designation, idiopathic injuries, return to work issues, claims for income and medical benefits, occupational disease claims, change of physician, as well as prevailed using a notice defense.

Allison graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and Mercer University School of Law, where she was a member of the Mercer Law Review, the Intrastate and National Moot Court Teams, and was the executive Lt. Governor for the ABA’s Law Student Division’s Fifth Circuit where she was a recipient of the Silver Key Award.  She is a member of the Workers' Compensation section of the State Board of Georgia.

About Me

During her free time Allison enjoys spending time with her family, though you most likely will find her at the baseball field watching her son play.  Allison’s favorite time of year is football season, and in the fall, she loves cheering on the VT Hokies as well as the NY Giants.
