Allison focuses her practice on representing employers in state and federal court cases involving claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Florida Minimum Wage Act, and the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law’s anti-retaliation provision. In addition, she routinely defends clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Florida Commission on Human Relations. Allison also represents management in drafting and evaluating employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and workplace policies.

Allison was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is a sports enthusiast and loves visiting Major League Baseball parks, of which she has been to 27 (and counting!).
