Bayan represents employers on a wide range of employment issues including Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions, class actions, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other employment related claims in state court, federal court, and administrative agencies. His practice also includes counseling employers on workplace policies and procedures, including the preparation and drafting of employee handbooks.
Prior to law school, Bayan worked in a paralegal capacity at Constangy, implementing his economics background to analyze client data and provide strategic assessments to complex employment actions. In the process, Bayan worked with attorneys on all phases of the litigation process, from the initial complaint to document discovery, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Constangy, Bayan was an associate at Fisher Phillips. In his free time, Bayan enjoys racing cars with his family-operated team at circuits across the western region.
