Overview
Caitlin practices primarily in the areas of employment-management litigation and labor defense in the healthcare, transportation (railroad), manufacturing, and retail industries. She also advises clients in matters involving federal and state employment, municipal laws and regulations, and internal policy strategies and enforcement.
She earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law and is currently a student in the Master of Public Service program at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, where she was a Policy Solutions Challenge USA team member. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Lyon College.
Caitlyn is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Labor & Employment Law Section), and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. Active in the community, she is a member of Create Little Rock and SHARP—Young Professionals of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra.
