Chad advises employers with respect to the full range of employment issues, including discrimination claims, compliance with federal and state employment laws, various specialized employment agreements, and wage and hour disputes. Chad is committed to providing his clients with creative and sensible solutions. He works intimately with employers and helps to implement preventative strategies that preclude small problems from growing into large problems. Through appropriate training and compliance, Chad aims to ensure his client’s business objectives are surpassed. The proper management of an employer’s workforce can create significant business advantages, and Chad’s experiences allow him to fully appreciate and maximize the dynamic relationship between employers and their employees.

Prior to joining Constangy, Chad worked in the legal department of a national healthcare company where he handled a wide range of employment issues. While in law school he interned for the Department of Labor Office of the Solicitor, the MCAD, the Boston Public Schools Office of Labor Relations, and the Boston Public Schools Office of the Legal Advisor.
