Ernie is an experienced associate attorney with a history of working in management defense and advising small to large businesses at both the local and national level. Ernie is able to assist employers navigate a variety of complex human resource needs from recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, retention, and termination. Ernie additional has developed a practice defending employers from single-plaintiff causes of action to collective and PAGA actions. He has the opportunity to develop educational material regarding the constantly evolving employment law field and has spoken at webinars/conferences throughout California for business owners, HR professionals, and other attorneys.

Prior to his focus in employment law he worked in both family-based immigration and employment based immigration, working with multinational companies and individuals and families seeking asylum.
