Overview
Jacqueline, a member of the Constangy Cyber Team, assists clients in responding to data privacy and security matters, including the deployment of forensics and consumer remediation services.
Prior to joining Constangy, Jacqueline practiced law at a prominent international firm. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of Law where she served as a Senior Development Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal. While in law school, Jacqueline interned at a major hospital in the bay area. During this time, she conducted risk management and extensively researched and assessed potential HIPPA violations. She also interned for an international law firm in Vietnam.
Jacqueline speaks English and Vietnamese.
