Jordan concentrates her practice on employment litigation, representing employers in claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; whistleblower complaints; leave law violations; and wage and hour violations, among others. During her time with the firm, Jordan has represented clients in all phases of litigation, including trial and appeal, before state and federal courts, as well as before federal, state, and local administrative agencies. She enjoys working directly with clients, approaching each issue with personal attention and a solution-driven perspective with the ultimate goal of letting employers get back to business.

Jordan discovered a passion for her practice area when she took an undergraduate employment law course at The College of New Jersey as a business management major. While attending Stetson Law, she competed on the Moot Court team, and received the highest grade designation in six of her classes, including Research and Writing I, Research and Writing II, and Arbitration. Upon graduating, she was awarded the National Order of the Scribes Award for excellence in legal writing, and indicted into the National Order of the Barristers, an honor society for excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing, up. Prior to joining Constangy as an attorney, Jordan was a summer associate with the firm, where she obtained hands-on experience in litigation in the representation of the firm's clients.
