Justin represents and advises employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, trade secret misappropriation, and class action defense. Justin represents clients before state and federal courts, in all phases of litigation.
Prior to joining Constangy, Justin practiced business, construction, and insurance coverage litigation. Justin has advocated for a range of businesses, including large Fortune 500 companies, down to small business start-ups. Justin’s experience in a diverse area of practice groups has enabled him to advocate for his clients in a strategic and business-focused manner.
When Justin is not advocating for his clients, he spends time wine tasting, exercising, playing poker, and volunteering as a Moot Court judge at UC Hastings College of Law.
