Kacy helps public and private employers navigate through complex employment laws and regulations. She advocates for preventative compliance and counsels clients on developing, implementing, and auditing effective employment practices and procedures to increase company productivity and minimize exposure to risk. Kacy also provides advice on a variety of personnel and human resources matters, including but not limited to the hiring and onboarding process, termination, ERISA benefits, immigration compliance, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and general best practices.

Kacy defends employers against state and federal employment disputes concerning discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, ERISA, retaliation, wage and hour, whistleblower, and disability claims.
