Kimberly represents employers in all aspects of single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class-action litigation. Her practice focuses on defending claims of retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and leave of absence violations. Her employment experience also includes wage and hour matters involving misclassification claims, off-the-clock work, meal and rest period violations in state and federal court.
Kimberly earned a J.D. from the Boston College Law School, where she served as a Student Attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic representing indigent clients and was a member of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court team. She received her bachelor’s degree from UCSD, where she was a member of the Student Board Foundation.
Prior to joining Constangy, Kimberly was an attorney at a national labor and employment firm in Los Angeles.
