Megan practices law with the primary objective of advising and defending employers in employment-related matters. Megan assists clients in preventing lawsuits, responding to charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and preparing for litigation. She assists her clients in developing effective policies and procedures for the workplace which are compliant with the ever-changing federal, state, and local laws.
Megan also concentrates her practice in defending claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other labor-related matters in both state and federal court. She has experience working with employers in defending claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Florida Civil Rights Act. Megan developed her passion for litigation through her time at Stetson University College of Law where she participated on Stetson’s premier trial team, becoming a finalist at the National Civil Trial Competition.

Megan grew up in California’s Bay Area. She can usually be found with her dog, taking long walks or playing fetch. She also loves the beach and likes to spend her spare time outside with a good book. During football season, you can find her cheering on the San Francisco 49ers or Notre Dame’s Fighting Irish!
