Overview

Nathan represents employers on a broad range of issues in the workplace, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Prior to joining Constangy, Nathan worked for the EEOC where he assisted administrative judges on all matters arising from complaints filed by federal sector employees.

Nathan earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  During law school, he participated in the Social Enterprise and Economic Empowerment Clinic and was a Senior Production Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal.  Nathan served as an intern for the Honorable Robert Hawk in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, and as an extern for the Honorable William Orrick in the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
