Overview
Nelson’s practice focuses on employment litigation where he assists employers in defense of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts.
Prior to attending law school, Nelson worked in the human resources department of a large Tennessee-based company. He witnessed firsthand some of the everyday employment-related issues that can arise within a company. His experience working in human resources led him to pursue a career centered on helping employers of all sizes with employment-related legal matters.

About Me
Nelson was born in Miami, Florida. He spends his free time with his wife Sarah and their two dogs. Nelson enjoys deep sea fishing, building model airplanes, and watching reruns of his favorite TV show, “The Office.”
