Nicholas graduated from the joint program between the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and the Clinton School of Public Service. Prior to entering private practice, he worked at Harvard Law School where he supported practicing faculty members and Harvard’s trial advocacy courses. As a litigator, he’s experienced in the defense of employers, hospitals, physicians, and insurance carriers in both state and federal courts in Arkansas and the Eighth Circuit. Williams also counsels hoteliers on issues related to employment and risk management issues.
