Oscar began his legal career at Constangy where he discovered his passion for employment law. Since then, Oscar has developed his practice to focus on wage and hour class, collective and PAGA actions. He also represents clients in single-plaintiff employment litigation, including defense of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters. Oscar counsels clients by reviewing their employee handbooks and agreements.
While at UC Hastings, Oscar clerked at the California Department of Justice, the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, and interned at various non-profit organizations.
Oscar enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, live music, and swimming. His guilty pleasure is binge watching reality TV shows.
