Overview

Ray is a seasoned Paralegal based from our Winston-Salem office with more than 25 years of immigration law firm experience. Ray has had extensive experience working on nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1Bs, L-1s, and TNs. His recent focus has been with employment- and family-based immigrant petitions culminating with adjustment of status applications in the U.S. and U.S. consular processing immigrant visa applications for U.S. permanent residency.

Since 1988, Ray has worked in large international multi-practice law firms to a boutique immigration law and mid-sized law firms. His experience evolved from working directly with INS and U.S. Department of Labor personnel at the local levels to working with largely high-volume accounts and individual matters. Ray has pursued interests in horticulture for a brief period before returning his focus towards U.S. business immigration law.
