Spring represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including defending employers against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wrongful termination, as well as misappropriation of trade secrets and non-compete litigation.  She also has extensive experience in FMLA interference and retaliation claims. 

Spring proactively counsels employers on the latest employment law regulations through client updates and to avoid risks and the possibility of litigation.

Spring received her law degree from the University of Missouri. Originally from Central Florida, she has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of Central Florida.  Prior to law school, Spring spent several years in the hospitality and travel industry and in employment benefits.

About Me

Spring is a traveler at heart and enjoys exploring new places and meeting new people. After college, she was an officer on a cruise ship for nearly five years and went to more than 100 different ports of call. When at home in Kansas City, she can often be found in one of the local dog parks with her beloved Chihuahua, Dottie.
