Stephen represents companies exclusively in employment disputes and litigation. He has handled cases from Hawaii to Texas to New York. His recent cases have involved trade secret claims, employment-related torts, and single- and multi-plaintiff discrimination allegations. What sets Stephen apart from other employment lawyers is his attention to each case, plain English writing style, and experience working for a federal judge and at an international law firm.
