Overview

Tamara represents management in virtually all aspects of employment law. She has a strong practice in defending against employment litigation before state and federal courts.  She has represented clients in numerous cases alleging discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex, race, national origin, age, and disability, as well as retaliation. She also does a significant amount of work involving wage-hour and noncompete matters. In addition to her litigation practice, Tamara advises employers on a wide range of employment law matters. She is Board-Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
