BOSTON – National labor and employment law firm Constangy welcomes attorney Nicole Forbes to its Boston office as an associate. She focuses her practice in employment law, with an emphasis on wage and hour law and litigation. Her practice also includes work in compliance with anti-discrimination, trade secrets and non-competition law.
Prior to joining Constangy, she served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court and practiced employment and business law at a Boston law firm.
She is an active member of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, serving as Board member and co-chair of the legislative policy committee. Forbes was named a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers in 2013.
Forbes is a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Macalester College, where she majored in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies.
