WINSTON-SALEM National labor and employment law firm Constangy welcomes Mark Leach to its Winston-Salem office as Of Counsel. He focuses his practice in comprehensive workers’ compensation defense. Leach will remain a partner with Orbock Ruark & Dillard, PC and will work with Constangy on workers’ compensation matters in North Carolina.

Leach has extensive experience in counseling employers and insurance carriers in all types of workers’ compensation matters, including death claims and claims for complex injuries and diseases. His seasoned work includes asbestos defense litigation and subrogation, appearing before the North Carolina Industrial Commission for over ten years.

A graduate of the Wake Forest School of Law, Leach earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University in New York. He currently serves as Legislative Committee Co-Chair for the Workers’ Compensation Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and is the Vice Chair of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys Workers’ Compensation Section. He is a Supervising Attorney with the Wake Forest University School of Law Civil and Criminal Externship Clinic.
