NASHVILLE – National labor and employment law firm Constangy is proud to welcome attorney Phylinda Ramsey to its Nashville office as an associate. She joins our firm to represent management in all aspects of labor and employment law, specifically focusing on litigation in state and federal courts
Ramsey represents employers in a wide range of employment matters including alleged race, sex, age and disability discrimination claims, as well as wrongful termination, state and federal claims. She also serves clients by responding to administrative complaints and investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Prior to joining Constangy, Ramsey was an associate at Jackson, Tenn.-based firm Pentecost and Glenn, PLLC. Originally from Monteagle, Tenn., Ramsey is an accomplished equestrian. A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, Ramsey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. While attending law school, Ramsey served as an editor on both the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
