Hospitality, supermarket and banking industry experience to benefit Constangy’s Boston office
BOSTON – National labor and employment law firm Constangy announces the addition of Andrew L. Eisenberg to its Boston office. Eisenberg brings extensive labor relations expertise to the Firm and will become part of the Firm's nationally recognized traditional labor practice group. Constangy has experienced tremendous expansion since 2010, with more than 30% total growth and seven new offices.

A former partner of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Eisenberg focuses his practice in traditional labor and employee relations matters, including advising clients about union avoidance and union organizing campaigns, administration of collective bargaining agreements, and alleged discrimination claims, as well as representing clients in arbitration and grievance proceedings. Eisenberg has extensive experience serving union and non-union employers in the hotel; restaurant; retail; education; banking and financial services; transportation; and manufacturing industries. In addition to traditional labor law, he also counsels clients on a wide range of employment issues and regularly appears before state and federal courts as well as government administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the United States Department of Labor.
A graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, Eisenberg received his undergraduate degree from Brown University. He has been recognized multiple times by Best Lawyers in America, New England’s Best Lawyers, Leading Lawyers in America, and New England and Massachusetts Super Lawyers. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent-rated attorney. Eisenberg is an active member of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston, where he served a term as President, as well as the Jewish Community Centers Association of North American, where he currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors. He also is a Director of the Boston Lyric Opera Company and a member of the Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee of CUE Inc.
