These new attorneys are part of a larger growth initiative by Constangy, which recently announced the addition of a dozen new attorneys to the firm and new offices in Denver and New York. These moves are helping Constangy build one of the most diverse leadership teams in the industry, with 38 percent of the firm’s executive committee, office heads and practice leads comprised of women and minorities. With the addition of Donald Prophete as a named partner, Constangy became the first large law firm to have an African-American attorney as a named partner.
