Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP is pleased to welcome new associates to its Boston, Denver and Miami offices.

  • Monica Snyder has joined the firm’s Boston office. Prior to joining Constangy, Snyder was an associate in a mid-size Boston law firm where she worked on employment and commercial litigation matters. She received her J.D. from Boston University and her undergraduate degree from Amherst College. In law school she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
  • LaLonnie Villa-Martinez has joined the firm’s Denver office. Prior to entering private practice, Villa-Martinez clerked for the Honorable Judge Christine M. Arguello on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Villa-Martinez received her law degree from the University of Denver and her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University.
  • Jennifer Moore has joined the firm’s recently-opened Miami office.  Moore, who has practiced employment law for the past five years, received her law degree from University of Miami, where she interned for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She holds an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University.
  • Fabian Ruiz has also joined the firm’s Miami office. Ruiz received both his J.D and undergraduate degrees from Rutgers University. While in law school he served as a judicial intern for Judge Jose L. Linares of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and worked as a judicial intern to Judge Ivan F. Fernandez of the Florida Third District Court of Appeals.  Ruiz has also served as a legal trainee for the New York City Football Club of Major League Soccer, clerked for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and served as a legal intern for the Office of the Governor of New Jersey.
