Amanda represents employers in workplace disputes and provides proactive counsel to support compliance and minimize legal risk.

She defends clients in complex employment litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Amanda has successfully resolved high-profile matters through dispositive motion practice and negotiated favorable settlements that align with her clients’ business priorities.

In addition to litigation, Amanda counsels employers on navigating federal, state, and local employment regulations. She works closely with clients to develop tailored workplace policies, conduct compliance audits, and implement long-term employment strategies designed to promote a positive and legally compliant work environment.

Amanda’s collaborative approach helps employers strengthen internal practices and reduce exposure to future claims. She advises on day-to-day HR matters, employee relations, and workforce management, ensuring clients are equipped to make informed and legally sound decisions.

Outside of her practice, Amanda is actively engaged in her community and volunteers with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, reflecting her commitment to access to justice and service to others.
