Amy serves as Constangy’s Chief Human Resource Officer.

She leads the firm’s Human Resources Department and has overseen all aspects of HR operations since 2002. With more than 20 years in the legal industry, Amy brings deep institutional knowledge and a strategic focus to her role. Her responsibilities span employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy development, and internal communications. She plays a key role in promoting a workplace culture aligned with Constangy’s values and its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Amy began her legal industry career in 1994 at Greenebaum, Doll & McDonald PLLC, where she developed a foundation in HR and firm operations. Today, she works closely with attorneys and staff across the firm’s national footprint to support a collaborative, engaged, and productive work environment. Her role allows her to connect with professionals at all levels and locations—something she finds especially rewarding.

About Me

Amy is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and is a mother to two children, Meredith and John David. In her spare time, Amy enjoys watching college sports, cooking, traveling, and reading – all alongside her husband of 34 years, David.
