Overview

Ansley is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in New York. As a member of our rapid response team, Ansley assists clients with their response to a variety of crises caused by cyberattacks, including system intrusions and extortionate ransomware attacks. In doing so, she works with digital forensics firms, threat actor communicators and network restoration specialists to contain and remediate incidents. She also assists clients with compliance matters, notably consumer and regulatory notification obligations.

Prior to joining the Constangy Cyber Team and while in law school, Ansley served in a number of cybersecurity-related positions, including as a Legal Summer Fellow for the Boston Children’s Hospital Technology and Innovation Development Office and as a Privacy Law Summer Associate for Development Dimensions International, Inc.  Ansley is a graduate of the Boston College Law School where she served as a Student Fellow for the Program on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a Student Attorney for the Child Health and Education Clinic, a Co-President for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum, and Staff Editor of the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, at the University of South Carolina where she studied Public Health and Psychology and earned a number of academic accolades.
