Overview

Danielle is a litigator who represents employers across industries in labor and employment matters, helping them navigate disputes and strengthen workplace practices. She advocates for clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, offering strategic counsel that aligns with business goals.

Danielle defends employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and employment contract disputes. She guides clients through every stage of litigation, including position statements, pleadings, motions, audits, investigations, mediations, trial preparation, and labor arbitrations. Danielle also drafts personnel policies, advises on non-compete agreements and employee terminations, and counsels on DE&I initiatives and affirmative action planning. She conducts workplace investigations and compliance audits to help employers stay ahead of regulatory requirements.

Danielle is well-versed in state and federal employment laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, PWFA, NLRA, and their local counterparts. She partners with clients to ensure their policies and practices support compliance while fostering productive workplaces.

A former adjunct professor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Danielle continues to mentor future legal professionals. She is also dedicated to community service, serving on the Board of Trustees for Rutgers Preparatory School and as a Board Member for The Children Heritage Foundation.
