Overview
Elysia is a seasoned employment litigator and trusted business advisor who helps employers navigate complex workplace challenges.
She represents companies in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and other employment-related disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, delivering thoughtful and effective advocacy tailored to each client’s goals.
She also counsels executives, HR leaders, and in-house teams on day-to-day employment matters, including discipline, terminations, severance agreements, leave management, disability accommodations, and evolving compliance demands. Elysia emphasizes preventive strategies—developing sound policies, leading internal investigations, and implementing best practices that reduce legal risk and resolve employee relations challenges with business-minded solutions that support productive, compliant workplaces.
Drawing on her experience in both in-house and private practice settings, Elysia has represented a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and public sector entities to closely held and family-owned businesses. She partners closely with employers in industries such as logistics, retail, housing, and transportation to provide practical, business-focused solutions that align operational goals with regulatory and legal requirements.
